VirtualMachineNameSpecification

Select the virtual machine carrying a given name - repository.Read(new VirtualMachineNameSpecification(name)) instead of ReadAll().Where(...).

 Case-insensitive: a hypervisor treat machine names that way, and MachineName does not normalise case. A name is NOT the key - the provider assign Key - so this is how a caller find a machine it only know by name, and GetByKey is how it find one it has read before.
