VmConnectionStringBuilder

Connection string of a virtualisation data store. Name the environment, nothing more - the live handle (management scope, Proxmox host) is injected, never serialised, so no credential ever land in a connection string.

Note	The `DbConnectionStringBuilder` backing store is inherently a string bag - that is a legitimate boundary. The PROPERTY surface is typed, and the conversion happen in the accessors.

1.1. DataStoreName

Gets or sets the data store key, e.g. LocalHyperV or osisaLib03.
