VirtualizationDataStoreReferenceProvider3

One reference provider over MANY virtualisation environment. Register a Hyper-V scope and a Proxmox node side by side, then walk them with ONE code path - same role MachineScopeProvider3 play for machine scope.

Note

Netbase expose AddReference(Func{IServiceProvider, ICanGetAnyUnitOfWork}) and AddReference3{TBuilder}(Action{TBuilder}) on DataStoreReferenceProvider3.Builder; there is no AddReference2. This builder keep that one-call-per-environment shape. Each reference serve exactly one unit of work type, so it is adapted to ICanGetAnyUnitOfWork through the netbase SingleAsAnyUnitOfWorkDataStoreReference.
