IHostProbe

One technique for proving a host present. Register several: the scanner runs every registered probe per address and merges what each learns.

Probe address. A probe never throws for an unreachable host - it returns osisa.Inventory.Entities.HostProbeOutcome.NoResponse(IP,osisa.Inventory.Entities.ProbeMethod).
