Stage 5: Post-installation NixOS setup. Runs on an installed NixOS system (not from ISO/PE). Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the NixOS flake config is at the permanent location 2. Initialize git repo (flakes requirement) 3. Set up SOPS secrets for the host 4. Run nixos-rebuild to apply the configuration

1. Methods

1.1. EnsureConfigExists(ISystemHost, string)

Ensures the NixOS flake configuration is at the permanent flake location. If running from a temporary/ISO location, copies the config to the permanent path. Initializes a git repository if one doesn’t exist (required for flakes).
