IQmExecutor

Routes a qm invocation at the Proxmox host. Provisioning normally runs ON the host, where LocalQmExecutor shells qm directly. A dev box (Windows) has no qm and no /usr/bin/env, so it routes through ProxmoxSshQmExecutor instead.

Runs qm {verb} {vmId} [--{optionName} {optionValue}].
