SetupCommand

Wraps Windows Setup (setup.exe) with fluent builder and validation. Runs setup.exe directly via CliWrap to avoid cmd.exe path quoting issues with spaces.

Searches ALL drives and known paths for any setup/panther log files and dumps them.

2.5. WaitForSetupToFinish(ILogger)

Waits for Windows Setup processes (setup.exe, SetupPrep.exe, SetupHost.exe) to finish. Windows 11 25H2 spawns SetupPrep.exe from setup.exe — the parent may exit while the child continues.
