OpnsenseConvergeBridge

NETSetup → osisa.OPNSense bridge. Reads API creds from disk, builds the desired state, and invokes RunAsync(OpnsenseConnection, OpnsenseDesiredState, CancellationToken). The bridge owns translation; the public osisa.OPNSense surface is contract-only (no NETSetup types leak in).

1.1. Run(ISystemHost, NETSetupConfig, IServiceProvider?)

Best-effort converge. Logs + swallows on missing creds, unreachable endpoint, or per-resource failures. Caller (EnsureCustomerVms.provisionOpnsense) must not crash on failure.
