MikrotikConvergeBridge

NETSetup → osisa.Mikrotik bridge. Reads API creds from disk, builds the desired state from the customer config, and invokes RunAsync(MikrotikConnection, MikrotikDesiredState, CancellationToken). Best-effort: every failure path logs + swallows. Caller (RunProxmoxUpdate) must not crash on failure.
