EnsureOpnsenseImage
Ensures /var/lib/vz/template/iso/opnsense.img is present on the Proxmox host. Mirrors EnsureNixosIso shape: file-level Dropbox sync of the 7z archive, then SevenZip extract. Source archive contains the raw OPNSense disk image (img file derived from the official OPNsense-X.Y-vga-amd64 download — ungzipped). The .img is fed into qm importdisk by ProvisionOpnsenseVm.

Syncs opnsense.img on host from dropbox. If already present, skips. Otherwise downloads the 7z, extracts, removes archive.
