EnsureNixosIso
Ensures /var/lib/vz/template/iso/nixos.iso is present on the Proxmox host. Downloads + extracts nixos.iso.7z from Dropbox on miss. No sha256 sidecar — the file-level sync in EnsureNoDiffFile already guarantees byte-identity with Dropbox. To force a refresh, delete the local nixos.iso.

Dropbox sub-path for the 7z archive — relative to DropboxOptions.Root (=/NETSETUP/BOOT). Combined absolute = /NETSETUP/BOOT/Images/NixOS.7z. Bug fix: was "NETSetup/BOOT/Images/…" which doubled the prefix once Root was applied (DropboxFileProvider.GetAbsoluteDropboxPath concatenates Root + subpath).

2.1. EnsureNixosIsoOnProxmoxHost(ISystemHost, IFileProvider)
Syncs the nixos.iso on host from dropbox. If already present, skips. Otherwise downloads the 7z, extracts, and removes the archive.
