EnsureNixosConfigTreeOnProxmoxHost

Extracts /iso/nixos-config from the synced nixos.iso on a Proxmox host into a stable on-disk path. Used as rsync source by UpdateNixosVm: each cycle pushes the *current* base tree on top of every installed Nix VM, so config drift (modules edited via the WebUI, hand-edited /etc/nixos, etc.) gets corrected.

Note	Idempotent. A stamp file at `nixos-config/.netsetup-iso-sha256` records the iso’s sha256. When it matches the current iso, extraction is skipped. Otherwise the directory is wiped and re-extracted from the iso via `7z x`.
