1.2. GetRemoteSourceUploadOperator(ILogger)

Writable operator over the local osisa Dropbox sync folder’s NETSetup/BOOT tree - the same remote-source target the image/driver/config uploads write into. EnsureNoDiff-ing a local staging folder into this operator’s Config/ publishes config JSON + MapFiles to the remote source. The read-only NETSetup.Helpers.DropboxHelper.GetRemoteSourceFileProvider(IServiceProvider) (Dropbox API) cannot be written to, so the upload path uses the locally synced folder instead.
