1.1. CreateForWinPE()

Creates a PowershellCommand.Builder for WinPE environment (X: drive).

1.2. InstallInfDrivers(PowershellCommand.Builder, bool)

Installs all .inf drivers from the current directory using PNPUtil. Recursive when recursive is true.
