NETSetupFileOperatorOptions

Roots used by NETSetup.Extensions.ServiceCollectionExtensions.UseNETSetupFileOperators(IServiceCollection).

Note
 Every root has a working default, so the common case is a bare UseNETSetupFileOperators(). Override only what differs - a test pointing the ISO root at a scratch location, for example.
