LVM-specific properties for use with ext4 or xfs file systems. See LVM Advanced Options in Proxmox documentation.

1. Properties

1.1. Compress

Compression setting. Values: on, off, zlib, lzo, zstd. Especially useful for btrfs.

1.2. HdSize

Maximum size in GB to be used of the disk.

1.3. MaxRoot

Optional. Specifies the maximum size of the root volume in GB. Maximum is hdsize / 4.

1.4. MaxVz

Optional. Specifies the maximum size of the data volume in GB.

1.5. MinFree

Optional. Specifies the amount of free space in GB that should be left in the LVM volume group.

1.6. Raid

RAID level. Values: raid0, raid1, raid10.

1.7. SwapSize

Optional. Specifies the size of the swap volume in GB. Default is the size of installed memory, clamped to between 4 GB and 8 GB.
